Come Join us in a new location for our next Experience Day

What to expect:

• Meet and Greet- come meet the team that runs our experience days and retreat as well as some both new and familiar faces on one of our events.

• Run- we’ll head out on a short run or walk catering for all abilities and fitness levels along the river.

• Train- we’ll return to be taken through a strength education session- focussing on form and answering and common question you might have.

• Challenge- with some fun and unique equipment Gym Nation has to offer, we have some exciting game to push you to your limits.

• Stretch and Recover- Dottie will lead you through a full zen and mobilising session.

• Replenish- cooked by our very own Benny, prepare to be treating to a nutritious healthy meal to compliment the whole day.

• Goodie bags- we always top off our day with some gifts from our sponsors for you to take home and enjoy later.
