COVID-19 Cancellation
Policy
If WE need to cancel your trip you'll have two options.
OPTION 1: SWAP TO A DIFFERENT TRIP
We are offering complete flexibility on dates and destinations so that you can transfer funds to our next Escape.
OPTION 2: REQUEST A REFUND
Being a small business, obviously your support would mean the world to us, but if you'd rather keep things simple and request a refund, we'd be happy to oblige.
If your Escape is going ahead as planned but YOU need to cancel your trip for any reason you have two options:

OPTION 2: REQUEST A REFUND
Proof of positive PCR test is required plus cancellation notice in writing in order to be eligible for a full refund minus your deposit. We advise taking out COVID-Secure Travel Insurance for this occurrence.
