About the event
Come Join us in a new location for our next Experience Day
What to expect:
- Meet and Greet- come meet the team that runs our experience days, retreats and coaching as well as both new and familiar faces.
- Run- we’ll head out on a short run or walk catering for all abilities and fitness levels around the common/along the river.
- Train- we’ll return to be taken through a strength and conditioning session using the top-tier equipment available at Shapesmiths.
- Stretch and Recover- Shannon will lead you through a full zen stretch and mobility session.
- Replenish- cooked by our very own Benny, prepare to be treated to a nutritious healthy meal to refuel after a big day of movement
- Engage- Bringing the community together with some fun team games.
- Goodie bags- we always top off our day with some gifts from our sponsors for you to take home and enjoy later.
